| How are ringtones/wallpapers downloaded? |
| When you locate the desired ringtone/wallpaper on our web site you can click on the buy link next to the product and you will be directed to the purchase page where you must insert your cell phone number, verify that you accept the Terms and Conditions that govern the web site and then press the Submit button. If you are a first time user you will receive an SMS requesting a reply. Just reply with the word Yes. Then you receive the WAP push message where you must press Go to to be redirected to the WAP page where you can download your ringtone/wallpaper. Enjoy. |

| Can I listen to a ringtone before I buy it? |
| Yes. To listen to a ringtone on our Web site before you buy it, just click the Preview button next to the ringtone you'd like to sample. You will need a soundcard and speakers on your PC to listen to ringtones. |

| You can preview all of our ringtones for free. Select the preview option from the website. |

| What software do I need to preview ringtones on your website? |
| You need Macromedia Flash Player to preview our ringtones. If you do not have Flash installed you will be prompt to do so. |

| How do I find out what my phone model is? |
| The first place to look is on your phone manual or original box. If you do not have those, switch off the phone, remove the battery and look on the back of your phone. There will be a label with barcodes that should also list the model. |

| How many ringtones and graphics can I download to my phone? |
| The number of downloads you can store varies by model and manufacturer. Please visit your phone manufacturer's Web site or consult your phone's user manual. You can purchase new downloads and replace older ones that you have bought. However, once you make a replacement, you will have to re-purchase it if you'd like to use it again. |

| What is the cost for downloading ringtones and graphics? |
| All ringtones and graphics are charged as a one-time fee. Once you download them, they're yours for an unlimited time. You will also be charged for the number of kilobytes or minutes used for the download. See Terms & Conditions for more information. |

| How do I pay for ringtones and graphics? |
| Ringtones and graphics are charged directly to your phone bill and these charges appear on your monthly bill. You will be charged when the download is purchased and cannot receive a refund if you choose to delete or replace it from your phone. |

| Yes, as long as you have a phone that is compatible. |

| Can I resend an order to my phone without being charged again? |
| If for some reason you have been unable to download your ringtone/wallpaper you can continue trying to download it for a period of one week as long as you have kept the WAP push message sent initially to your phone. If you have deleted the WAP push message or the one week period has expired you will not be able to download the ringtone/wallpaper and of course you will not be charged. Once you have downloaded the ringtone/wallpaper you are unable to download it again for free. |

| What is your refund policy? |
| Since we provide a service all sales are final and no refunds are issued. Your service is governed by the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase and can be found on the registration page. |

| Currently we are supporting 4 carriers: Cingular, T-Mobile, AT&T Wireless and Dobson. |

| Why is my Carrier, Phone Make, or Phone Model not listed? |
| Only certain carriers and phones support the types of files we offer, and the delivery mechanism we use to get them to your phone. We're working hard to support more phones where possible. Keep checking back because we add more handsets all the time. You can also send a request to our Customer Support department through the Make a Request page and we will contact you. |

| Why can't I find the title or artist I was looking for? |
| We try hard to have everything anyone could want, but we have to license every piece of music and some artists are not willing to license their songs out for ringtones. We respect the rights of artists to make these decisions. Let us know what you want and we'll do our best. Requests can be made through the Make a Request page. |

| You need to delete all your cookies and open up a new browser and try to log in again. If you are using Internet Explorer you can delete your cookies by going to the menu TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > Delete all cookies. |

| Does my phone need to be internet enabled to get your features? |
| Yes. In order to successfully download ringtones and color wallpapers, you will need a wireless internet service signed up through your mobile phone operator. If you're not sure that you have this feature, contact your carrier's Customer Support for more information. |

| Why do I need to have text-messaging enabled? |
| We send our ringtones and group graphics through text-messages only. If you don't have a subscription plan including text-messaging service, please contact your carrier and ask them to enable it. |

| How do I enable WAP Push on my phone? |
|
Depending on the make of your phone, you need to set the WAP Push setting to "On", "Allow all", "Always", or "Receive all". Here are some hints on where to locate this setting:

| I received the ringtone but it will not play |
| Make sure your phone volume is set to ring. Some phones have the ability to mute or vibrate and will not play the ringtone if set accordingly. Make sure your tone has been set correctly. Cancel out of any menus and return to the menu where you set the tone to see if the tone you set is listed there. If not, consult your user manual to make sure you have correctly followed the steps to set you ringtone. If the problem persists, you can contact Customer Support at support@phonebling.com. |

| Why didn't I receive my test file? |
| If you didn't receive your test file, then most likely your phone does not support the type of file you're trying to get. Not all phones support all file types or delivery methods. We provide test files so you can verify that your handset supports our mobile goodies before you're charged for them. You should receive your test file within seconds, but sometimes network congestion could cause it to take minutes.If you don't receive the first test file, you can try sending a second test file, but first, please double check that you've entered your phone number correctly. Also verify that you put in the correct phone model on the web site. If you think it should work and it doesn't, you can email us at support@phonebling.com with your carrier name, make, and model of your device and we will respond as soon as possible. |

| Why hasn't my ringtone or graphic arrived yet? |
| Normally, a message sent to your wireless phone should be delivered in a few moments, but occasionally system delays may cause it to take a few minutes longer. If after 30 minutes, you still have not received your ringtone or graphic, please verify the following information: 1. You are a current customer of one of the supported Carries. 2. You have subscribed to Text Messaging (to receive monophonic ringtones) or Text Messaging and Media Net (to receive graphics, polyphonic ringtones). 3. You have a ringtone- or graphics-capable wireless phone. If you still are experiencing delays, contact Customer Support on support@phonebling.com. |

| I did not receive a text message to my phone after placing an order. What do I do? |
| If you have not received a text message from after placing an order, please check the following: 1) Do you have text messaging enabled on your phone? You will need this to receive any item from us. 2) Do you have your wireless Internet account such as M-Mode, MEdia Net, Sprint PCS Vision, or T-Zones enabled? You will need this in order to download any polyphonic ringtone, background. If you do not have text messaging and/or wireless Internet enabled on your phone, you will need to contact your carrier to have it enabled. You may also get a message that says "Browser set up incomplete" or "Network Error" if your web browser is not enabled while attempting to download your item. |

| The download link is in the body of a message that we sent to your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, this message will go to your text or WAP Push inbox, also known as a "Service Inbox", "Funbox", "Browser Message Inbox", or simply "Push Inbox" |

| What do I do with the download link I received? |
1. Open the message we has sent you.
Scroll down to the download link.
3. Click on the link and you will be immediately connected to our service.
4. The download will start automatically.
5. When the download is finished, just save it. 6. Have fun with your product! |

| No. Your account is only charged once you receive the actual ringtone/wallpaper on your phone. After you select "buy", the transaction is not applied until you receive the second message your phone entitled, "Thank you for downloading!" |
